Check a revealed Updraft round.

HANGAR LAB / MATH & VERIFICATION

Compare the seed commitment and the crash result separately. Supports the current Hangar Updraft algorithm only.

Round inputs

Use the seed revealed after rotation and the commitment recorded before the round. Copy the exact client seed and nonce from that round.

Published algorithm

HMAC key: exact server-seed text. Message: clientSeed:nonce. Interpret the first 13 hexadecimal digits as an integer and divide by 2⁵² to obtain r.

crash ×100 = min(1,000,000, max(100,
  floor(97 / (1 − r) + 0.000000001)))

This is the 3% edge, 10,000× ceiling mapping currently called by server/crash.ts. The multiplier is not the amount paid; stake limits, cash-out timing and settlement are separate.

A reproducible public example

Load server seed hangar-example-server-seed, client seed operator-demo and nonce 12 using the example button. Expected crash: 3.16×. SHA-256 commitment: 140711489dde82d0113ff63473e92f4bc1401d9abffcb9e162b140d9979890a7. These are synthetic test inputs, not a live round.

Limits of verification

A match proves consistency with the supplied inputs. It does not prove when the commitment was published, that the seed stayed secret, or that the wallet settled correctly. Signed-in Hangar rounds are server-controlled; offline guest demonstrations are separate.
